PERSONALIZED CARE · AMERICAN FORK

Every massage is personalized using therapeutic deep tissue and Swedish techniques according to your comfort, symptoms, and goals.

PERSONALIZED MASSAGE

Not three different massages.
Three amounts of time.

Pressure and technique are adjusted within every session. The difference is how much room we have to focus, work across connected areas, and create a more complete experience.

HOW YOUR SESSION IS SHAPED

Therapeutic does not have to mean forceful.

Effective massage is not measured by how much pressure you can tolerate. I use pace, pressure, positioning, and focused techniques with intention—responding to your comfort and what we are trying to accomplish.

Some sessions stay closely focused on a specific concern. Others become a more complete full-body experience. Most include elements of both therapeutic work and genuine relaxation.

SPECIALIZED SERVICES

When you want a more specific kind of care.

These sessions are booked separately because their pace, focus, and experience differ from a personalized massage.

01

Craniosacral therapy

A gentle, quiet form of bodywork using subtle sustained contact. It may be a good fit when you want deeply calming care with minimal pressure and a slower, more meditative pace.

Expect: light touch, a clothed session, and extended stillness.

Reflexology

Focused work for the feet using structured pressure and touch. Reflexology offers a contained, restorative experience without requiring a traditional full-body massage.

STILL DECIDING?

For most new clients, start with 90 minutes.

It gives us time to talk through what brings you in, work with care, and avoid forcing your priorities into a rushed session. You can always choose a different length next time as we learn what serves you best.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few common questions before you book.

Do I need to choose deep tissue or Swedish massage?

No. Those techniques are tools, not rigid service categories. We’ll discuss your goals and combine the approach that makes sense for you.

Will a therapeutic massage still be relaxing?

It can be. Focused work and genuine relaxation are not opposites. The pace and pressure are adjusted so the session remains purposeful and comfortable.

Can we focus on one area and still do full-body work?

Often, yes—especially in a 90- or 120-minute session. We’ll prioritize your main concern and decide together how broad the rest of the massage should be.

What if I’m unsure whether massage is appropriate?

If you have a new injury, unexplained symptoms, or a medical concern, check with an appropriate healthcare professional first. Massage is supportive care and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
