A PERSONALIZED APPROACH

An experience built around stillness.

Craniosacral therapy differs from a traditional massage. You remain clothed while I use very light contact, often at the head, spine, and sacrum, with time to listen and respond rather than continuously moving from one technique to another.

Many clients choose it because they want gentle care, less sensory intensity, or simply a quiet session. It is offered as supportive bodywork and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

A GOOD FIT WHEN

Your goals shape the session.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Care that stays responsive to you.

01

Remain clothed

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to rest easily on the table.

02

Very light contact

The work uses subtle, sustained touch rather than kneading or firm massage pressure.

03

Extended stillness

Quiet pauses are an intentional part of the session, allowing the experience to stay spacious and unhurried.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before your session.

Is craniosacral therapy a massage?

It is a form of gentle bodywork, but it does not feel like a traditional oil or lotion massage. The touch is lighter and you remain clothed.

Do I need to have a specific concern?

No. Some clients arrive with a particular goal; others simply prefer the quiet pace and minimal pressure.

Does craniosacral therapy treat medical conditions?

I do not present craniosacral therapy as a diagnosis or cure. It is supportive bodywork and should not replace appropriate medical care.
